“Great place to live. Management is friendly and helpful. On-site maintenance service is wonderful and very responsive. Apartments are well designed and 4-unit buildings are placed spaciously. The location is nice, quiet and with lots of trees. All necessities like groceries, postal office, barber shop, several restaurants are within a walking distance if you don’t mind going down and then up the hill.”

“My partner and I lived here for about 2 years. We moved recently, only to be closer to my work. In those 2 years, we had nothing short of a wonderful experience. We lived in two different units in those two years, and both units were extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also appreciated how much light the units let in—an important factor for the gloomy winter days! The location is extremely quiet and comfortable. As a graduate student, it made studying a whole lot easier. Another thing we loved about Country Club was the staff. They were always responsive and friendly if we ever had an issue. I will miss living here immensely. I highly recommend!”

Beautiful grounds, wonderful layout, trim, appliances, balcony…everything! The staff is wonderful. The location is ideal – get to Liberty or Commercial in moments and not even know that they’re nearby. If you’re looking for an apartment and there is a vacancy – take it!”

“These apartments are fantastic! I love living near the stream where I get to see the ducks every day. I live in a 1BR where it is the perfect size for one or two people to have plenty of space. The management is great, very responsive. The washer and dryer hookups make life easy. My neighbors are friendly. The other great things these apartments come with is a dishwasher, tub in the bathroom, patio/deck with private storage, the perfect size dining space, and you get a covered assigned parking space. My only [small] “complaints” would be there are a couple spots in the floor that squeak, the bathroom countertop is not my preferred color scheme, and additional parking may become difficult if you are coming home in the evening/night. The tradeoff is well worth it though for everything you get and for a great price!”
